Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary among different banks.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs. However, for exchanges, we will cover the return postage to send the items back to you.

Unclaimed Items: Any parcels returned to us that are not claimed by the customer will require repayment of postage fees for reshipment.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for discounted or sale items. Instead, we offer exchanges only for sale/discounted items.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, we are happy to assist you at Angel Sets LTD.
Please notify us of your exchange request when contacting us.
Please make sure to adhere to the following guidelines:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any items with tags attached should have the tags intact and undamaged upon return.
- You are legally required to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Failure to do so may result in us seeking compensation from you. This rule applies to all goods returned to us.
- Our exchange policy does not override your statutory rights. If you wish to exchange items due to them being defective, we will inspect the returned goods and contact you to arrange an exchange.
- All exchanged items will be shipped to the same address used for the original purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerinfo@angelsets.co.uk.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
