Returns Policy

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, and in its original packaging. You will be required to provide your order number as proof of purchase. Note that if your item does not meet the return criteria, it will be automatically shipped back to you.

Imperfections & Issues: Please carefully inspect your item upon receipt. If any errors are found with your order, please reach out to us immediately for resolution.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary among different banks.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs. However, for exchanges, we will cover the return postage to send the items back to you.

Unclaimed Items: Any parcels returned to us that are not claimed by the customer will require repayment of postage fees for reshipment.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for discounted or sale items. Instead, we offer exchanges only for sale/discounted items.
